We were told our reservation had been cancelled and refunded, but the app still showed it as confirmed and there was no refund. Three hours later, they said they were sold out. We had to drive 30 minutes to another town to find a room. It seemed like they may have cancelled us to sell the room to someone else for more. My credit card company said it had asked the front desk why the reservation was cancelled without telling us, and staff said the manager had cancelled it and was the only one who could explain why. Be careful with online or app reservations.

We had a confirmed online booking for three people in one room, made more than a week ahead while we were out of state. On the day we arrived, we couldn't check in until 3 pm, and then they told us they had no rooms and had bumped us. We could have made two separate rooms work, but the manager wouldn't allow it. We were incredibly frustrated to have a confirmed reservation turned away at the last minute. They told us, “sorry, we don’t care”. Hampton won't honor online confirmations, as far as I'm concerned. Absolutely devastated, and we'll never book another Hampton.

Breakfast was phenomenal, and everyone was so friendly. This is one of the cleanest and best hotels I've stayed in. Lots of places to eat and shop are within walking distance. I'll definitely stay here again.

We came for our boy's graduation and were greeted as soon as we walked in. The check-in clerk was friendly and extremely helpful. Our room was clean, large, and well maintained. It had a sofa bed, a huge desk, and a large bathroom, plus a kitchen stocked with a full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, stovetop, pots, pans, flatware, plates, and drinking glasses. The hot breakfast was very good, with a nice selection, and the breakfast area was kept clean and well maintained.
