Everything else about the stay was great, and the room was good. I booked a room and parking package for a week. I only needed six nights, but paying for seven still cost less than parking somewhere else near the airport. The lot was nearly full when I arrived, though I did find a space. The Hilton app didn’t have my virtual card ready, so I checked in at the desk. The shuttle to the hotel was fine, with only a five-minute wait. Getting back to my car was another story. I called to request a shuttle but wasn’t given an ETA, then waited 45 minutes. My partner called after 24 minutes, and it still took another 20 for the shuttle to arrive. They said shuttles came every 15 minutes, which wasn’t true. If I’d known it would take that long, I’d happily have called an Uber, since it’s only a five-minute drive. After ten hours of travel, no dinner, and another two-hour drive home, the wait was rough. Ask for an ETA or be prepared to wait as long as 45 minutes.

This was our family’s second stay while visiting Boston. The rooms were very clean, the staff helpful, and the front desk was welcoming and accommodating. The area around the hotel seemed very safe. It’s also close to the airport, with a shuttle available. Great place to stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and came with tea and a coffee machine. The hotel also has a bar and restaurant, and I had a comfortable one-night stay. Staff were a bit rude and seemed unbothered, so I’d rate customer service 2/5. The airport shuttle is free and the drive from Boston Logan is about five minutes. Call ahead and they’ll send a bus, though you can call from the airport too. It was a little tricky to find at first: the stop is at the far end on the opposite side.

The airport shuttle was great, and I liked the TV and bed. The room itself was okay, though a dresser drawer kept sliding open and I hurt myself walking past it. My last-minute reservation wasn't on file at first, so I had to wait for the manager, who found it and gave me a key card. I still haven't gotten my deposit back. For what I paid, I wouldn't return. It felt like three-star accommodations at five-star prices.

Food was great, and the location near Logan Airport is handy, especially for an early flight or a late arrival. The rooms felt clean, modern, and quiet despite being so close to the airport. Friendly staff, an on-site place to eat, and a dependable shuttle helped make the stay easy and comfortable.
