Brandon at the front desk, who works until 11 PM, deserves a thank you. He went above and beyond more than once and helped my family with maintenance issues that weren’t his fault. The housekeeping staff were accommodating, respectful, polite, and helpful too. We’d happily book again, and I hope someone who can recognize Brandon professionally sees this. He’s a big reason we’d return. We had a great stay overall. The hotel was fairly quiet despite being next to the highway, and the blackout shades helped us sleep. The 24-hour self-serve coffee machines were a nice surprise. Breakfast had a good range if you don’t have dietary restrictions, though non-dairy options like milk would be welcome. Some upkeep is needed: the washers and ice machines didn’t work, and some lights flickered. The beds felt too hard for me as a side sleeper, though the pillows were great, and my kids slept so...

Brandon made a business trip feel much more like home. He was welcoming and so helpful. I’ve often stayed with competing hotels, but after this best customer service experience, I’ll seek out Holiday Inn express from now on. Outstanding job, sir, and thanks for your kindness.

The room was fine, but some furniture was damaged and worn down, as the attached photos show. These things look like they could be fixed easily, but they do take away from the guest experience. The staff were extremely kind and professional.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby. We didn’t get much service, but what we did receive was good. The bathroom needs some attention because of its condition, not its cleanliness. No pictures.

The air in my room didn’t work, and the room needs updating. The bench looked awful. There was a stain on the sheet, and I found pubic hair on the washcloths. Please make sure the towels and washcloths are clean.
