Park Hotel of Hot Springs

The historical features were a real highlight, and the hotel was clean. We were traveling with two English Mastiff’s and were glad to find a pet-friendly place that accepted large breeds. The staff were pleasant and helpful, not at all intimidated by our dogs, and impressed by how well behaved they were. It’s a shame many visitors miss the chance to learn about the Hot Springs and bath house history. We’d gladly stay at Park Hotel again.

Sitting by the window and looking out over the lush green park was one of my favorite parts of the stay. The windows open, so we could enjoy the fresh air, and the beautiful old building really felt like stepping back in time. I came with my fiance to celebrate our engagement, and everything felt just right. The staff were personable and incredibly helpful, and the Italian food at Angels On The Park was wonderful. We felt we got a lot for our money and will be back.

The fried green tomatoes and crab cakes at the restaurant and bar are out of this world, and the staff there are friendly too. The lobby always has fresh coffee. We visit Hot Springs often and stay here every time because the staff are great and the place consistently meets my expectations. It feels like walking into another era, and they absolutely adore and look after my service dog.

I left a valuable item behind when checking out, and the folks at Park Hotel mailed it back quickly without any trouble. I really appreciated how helpful they were, and I’d recommend the place for basic, clean, friendly accommodation. I stayed one night during a cross-country move. It was easy to find, parking was free, and the room was spacious and clean, though a bit dated. No frills, but good value.
