The front desk staff were especially excellent, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. The elevator kept sticking whenever we used it, though, which was scary. We also had to drive every time we wanted food. There weren’t nearby food chains we could get to without a car, and all that extra driving got tiring. Still, five stars 👍🏻

We arrived around 10:30am on Wed, Jan 14th after a very long drive, and the front desk guy gave us no hello or even a smile. He seemed annoyed that we’d interrupted his phone scrolling. As Marriott Gold members, we usually get complimentary water bottles, but he didn’t offer those either, or even a welcome or goodbye. As business owners, we’d never want our staff treating tired, late-night travelers that way. We were pretty disappointed and won’t stay here again when passing through PA.

There are lots of places to eat farther down the road. This was a quiet, safe, comfortable stop on our road trip, and I’d stay here again. No complaints.

The pool, gym, hotel, and room were clean, and the beds were soft. The food was acceptable, but service was horrible and there was no courtesy offered. Nobody told us at check-in that rooms aren’t cleaned and towels aren’t picked up unless you stay more than three days. They clean every other day, but the sign in the room says to leave towels on the bathroom floor for new ones. I understand rules changed since covid, but guests should be informed. The night desk staff member, who I believe was named Diane, was abrupt and dismissive. We were a bowling team of 40 people, and all late checkouts were denied unless you were a Gold card member.
