Hampton Inn by Hilton Harrisburg West

We arrived the night of the big ice storm, and the front desk staff were absolutely lovely. They made fresh coffee and gave us board games. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard.

The room was a decent size and had a small sofa bed. I was here on business, and found the hotel clean and quiet. There are two restaurants within walking distance, and free breakfast is a plus. It was the standard breakfast you get at other Hampton properties.

Restaurants are an easy walk from the hotel, which is also close to the Mall and Barnes and Noble. The workout room was clean and well equipped, breakfast was good, and the staff were helpful. A good experience all around.

Sylvia made my stay special. She was warm when I checked in, helped me late one night after I spilled barbecue sauce in my room, and was upbeat when I visited the lobby shop. The rest of the staff were great, too. The Hampton Inn Harrisburg West was spotless throughout, from the inviting, modern lobby to every corner of the hotel. The lobby was a nice spot to work or meet people. The in-room TV had an updated, easy-to-use interface, and the photos on Google and the Hilton app matched what I found. There are plenty of food options and other things you might need while traveling. I’d go out of my way to stay here again. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
