The room was comfortable and very clean, apart from a crack in the mirror. At the front desk, the staff were friendly and helpful. A gentleman named Sam listened as I helped a kind woman find somewhere to stay out of the rain for the night, and he was understanding. Thanks to the staff for their hospitality. Budget Inn of America is about two blocks from the Rouge Valley Transfer Station on Front Street, if you're looking for a few days' rest in Medford, Oregon.

The room had flies, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom sink was overflowing. The soap was just rock-like pieces that wouldn't lather. For what they charge, it isn't worth it. I'd recommend checking the room before you commit to it.

I’ve tried three similar motels around Medford, and this one gave me the best value. The rooms were roomy and clean, with a comfortable bed, a working air conditioner, plus a microwave and refrigerator. For roughly 10% more than a Motel 6, I felt I got about twice as much for my money. Front desk service was good too.

The room I was assigned really needed renovation. On top of that, I had to move out a broken TV that weighed well over 50 pounds.

The price was good, and my stay turned out positively despite all the one-star reviews I’d seen. The front desk person was very nice, and the room was clean, though it could use fresh paint. There’s no breakfast included. The area felt a bit shady, with lots of homeless people and multiple lot shops. I’d come back.
