We’d booked just one night at the last minute and expected an ordinary chain hotel, but the staff made the stay feel special from the first call through checkout. Everyone was warm and efficient. The front desk even called soon after we checked in to see if we’d lost a ring. Raeleigh and Cassie are the names I caught, though the whole team seemed glad to be there, from housekeeping on up. Our room was spacious, clean, and nicely decorated, and the bright beach feel continued through the cruise-ship-like hallways. We had excellent dinner and drinks at It’s 5 O’Clock Somewhere, where Cassie took great care of us. Breakfast the next morning was tasty and well organized, with attentive staff. After we left, the hotel called to say we’d forgotten a gift card that wasn’t ours. That honesty really impressed us. We’d absolutely stay again.

We come back whenever we’re in Medford because we love staying here. Everyone on staff is friendly, and the breakfast buffet is excellent. There’s a clean gym, and the heated pool can feel a little chilly in winter, though the kids still enjoy it. The place has a fun vibe.

We were on a long road trip with our dog, and this was our sixth hotel stop. We liked it enough to want to move in. The rooms were comfortable, and there’s lots of outdoor space to walk the dog. Laundry detergent is free for guests, though the machines have a reasonable per-load charge. We had dinner at the restaurant, where the prices seemed fair for the food, and the complimentary breakfast was good, especially for a free meal. Great location, staff, and stay.

The beachy atmosphere is cheerful, clean, and welcoming, with a nice pool and outdoor bar games like cornhole. Staff were super friendly, and the rooms were top notch. Breakfast is served in the morning, with a clean setup and a good selection. This place definitely deserves five stars. I’d recommend it if you need a room in Medford.
