SpringHill Suites by Marriott West Melbourne Palm Bay

Spending several months at SpringHill Suites in West Melbourne made my family visit and vacation possible, and the accommodations and service were superb throughout. I genuinely enjoyed the whole extended stay. The hotel feels brand new, with spacious, well-planned suites. Mine had a sofa, desk, TV with lots of streaming options, fridge, and microwave. The bed was extremely comfortable, with nice sheets and plenty of pillows. The rooms were quiet, with no outside noise, and the climate control worked very well. The gym, pool, parking, and breakfast buffet were all excellent and well maintained. Shops, restaurants, and entertainment are nearby, and the beaches are a short drive away. Chris Adams is an outstanding manager, professional, caring, upbeat, and always around helping make things better. You can see his leadership across the hotel. The front desk staff were excellent too. Nicole made check-in a pleasure, and I had many lovely interactions with Candace and Dagmar. The housekeeping team also deserves major kudos for going out of their way to make things comfortable and welcoming. This was the longest I’ve ever stayed in a hotel, and I enjoyed every day. Thanks to SpringHill Suites by Marriott West Melbourne. It’s as good as it gets.

On both of our stays, Dagmar from Guest Services was welcoming, quick to find solutions, and helpful with questions about the hotel and Melbourne area, even though we didn’t run into any problems. Chris, the General Manager, clearly pays close attention to the common areas, gym, and breakfast space. We visit several times a year and wouldn’t choose anywhere else. The hospitality has been extraordinary.

Breakfast had a wide choice, including a fun oatmeal bar with different toppings. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean and nice. Our spacious room had a great layout, a big bathroom, microwave, mini fridge, couch, and desk. It’s close to restaurants and stores, with easy interstate access.

Chris Adams, the General Manager, made a real effort to make our friends’ slumber party enjoyable. He and the staff even lit the fire pit so we could make s’mores and let us use the pool area for morning yoga. The guest room was clean and comfortable, and the service was exceptional. Thanks to Chris and the team for accommodating us and giving us such a great experience.
