During our eight days there, housekeeping actually kept checking in and offering what we needed: cleaning, towels, tissues, toilet paper, and fresh sheets. They even asked in the hallway when our do not disturb sign was up. Extra dehumidifiers helped keep the hotel dry and cool. It was a thoughtful touch, and the manager and staff deserve credit for taking such good care of us. They’ve won hospitality awards for a reason. The hotel was spotless and incredibly quiet, and the staff were attentive and friendly. We spent lots of time around the area, and restaurants, shops, bagels, donuts, and Wawa’s were all within walking distance. The hotel really added to our vacation, and I highly recommend it as a comfortable, convenient place to stay.

This was the nicest Super 8 I’ve stayed at. The room seemed new, and the bed and linens were super comfortable. I was sick with a severe migraine both days, so I stayed in bed and didn’t get to experience much of the hotel, staff, or breakfast. I was there the nights of Feb 15/16.

Kim, the Assistant Manager at Super 8 by Wyndham, turned a booking problem caused by Priceline into a positive experience. There was a discrepancy with my reservation that wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but she took responsibility for helping sort it out instead of passing me along. She was patient, professional, and caring, and worked to resolve things quickly and fairly. Customer service can feel transactional, but Kim stayed calm, understanding, and focused on a solution the whole time. Super 8 is lucky to have her representing the property. If you get to work with her during your stay, you’re in good hands. Thanks again, Kim. Your excellent service didn’t go unnoticed.

Jenny at the front desk was wonderful. She suggested places for dinner and made sure we had a first-floor room for my husband. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice deep tub. We had a great experience.

After my surgery the day before, housekeeping checked in on us and was so friendly and helpful. The front desk woman who checked us in was phenomenal, courteous, and very accommodating given my circumstances. She treated my husband and me wonderfully. Our room was immaculate, and the stay was more than pleasant.
