I called ahead and was told there’d be a king bed, then when I arrived they said only something completely different was available. They said they’d hold the room for three hours, but I got there in less than ten minutes, so there was no excuse. I had a reservation for what I asked for and expected that room. They tried charging me $80 for a double, which I declined. Then I got to the room and the TV didn’t work. They didn’t offer any compensation and acted like they had a king room. A waste of time and money. This place is money hungry and not worth it. I’d leave a negative rating if I could. Spend your hard earned money somewhere else.

Rude customer service. My husband booked a room for one night, but when we got there 40-50 minutes later, they said there wasn’t one available. I also saw a man arguing with two women over a room key card. I rate this a zero. Please don’t come here. Again, definitely zero for me.

I wanted somewhere cheap and nice for a trip to see family. I got there around 6pm and saw litter by the entrance, which gave me a bad feeling. The room smelled like mildew everywhere, but I was too tired to leave. When I tried to shower, I found hair on the towels and skipped it. The remote was sticky and smelled foul, so I went to bed. I woke up to a huge roach in the bed, packed my things, and checked out immediately. Never again!

He advertises $45 online, then asks for $75 when you walk in and says he’ll cancel your reservation if you try to book online at the lower price. He gets you there with one price and switches it up. Crappy place anyway.

The new paint looks great, and housekeeping did a fabulous job. What really made the stay, though, was how the staff treated me. They went out of their way to make this visit better than my last one, and I felt like I was part of the family. I’d stayed here before, and this time was amazing. They showed me what striving to improve and five-star service look like. My only complaint is having to leave. I can’t wait to come back and stay with Mike and Pri again. 👍
