The view over the river was a highlight. This place is ON THE RIVER, and there are plenty of fancy hotels in Memphis without that view, so ask if you can get one. It’s safe and WALKABLE to river boats, the convention center, Beale Street, museums and amazing food, with lots close by. But the staff made the stay. Every person I encountered was friendly, kind, fun and helpful. Special shout out to Ms. Danyelle and the evening staff for giving us that warm Memphis welcome from the moment we walked in. The hardworking housekeeping team kept the room so clean and sparkly. The beds were crisp, fresh and comfy, the white bathroom grout looked brand new, and the shower had just the right pressure and temperature. Free breakfast was another treat: fluffy eggs, Southern biscuits, bacon, sausage, gravy, waffles and plenty more. The kitchen team worked together, kept everything clean and fresh, and made the morning pleasant. It was a joy to stay here. Best place in Memphis, thanks to the staff!

We asked to move from the windowless room on the ground floor we’d been given, and they switched us to one with a window pretty much straight away. After checkout, I realized I’d left my earpods behind. The staff mailed them to our next hotel. What legends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL, THE STAFF ARE AWESOME!

It’s in a great spot, with lots of tourist places within walking distance, including museums, Beale street, theaters, concert venues, cafes, small grocery markets and more. Prices were reasonable, breakfast was yummy, and I felt safe and comfortable. I’d absolutely book again. The staff were extremely sweet and accommodating. There was always a friendly face at the front desk, and every interaction I had with them was positive. If you need something, just ask; they’ll go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Thank you!

The rooftop pool is top notch, and the view is amazing. The location is fantastic, parking is good and reasonably priced, and the visible 24-hour security guard made me feel very safe. Staff were absolutely amazing, especially Danielle, who was the sweetest and so helpful. Breakfast was great too, but make sure you’re on time because they don’t play! The rooms could use a few cosmetic updates, but the beds and pillows were comfy, everything was very clean, and the atmosphere was nice. I’ll definitely stay here again!

The river view is a nice touch, and the hotel sits close to the main street. The people at the front desk were really friendly. The garage is so small that parking can be tricky, but I'd still recommend staying here.
