Home2 Suites by Hilton Memphis Wolfchase Galleria

We were moving our family of four from Ohio to Memphis, with two kids under two, and spent three nights here while we looked for housing. Even though the hotel was full, the staff made us feel like VIPs. The front desk, management, and housekeeping worked together seamlessly, and every request was handled right away, which helped keep our toddlers' routine on track. Everyone we met was attentive and kind. We're so grateful for their Southern hospitality during a major family transition.

The suite had so much storage and was well equipped enough that we could've stayed for weeks. We had a blast here and would gladly return. The pool was a little cool, though I can't expect it to be hot in the middle of winter. The woman at registration was kind and provided great service. Breakfast was tasty with lots of choices, and the hotel was easy to get to. The elevator was great too.

The suites are spacious, the kitchen had what I needed, the AC worked well, the beds were comfortable, and the TVs were nice. The indoor pool was clean, the hotel was quiet, breakfast was decent, and laundry was available for $3.50 a load. I would recommend the place, though there were a few problems during my six-day stay. Both window roller shades were broken, the toilet kept running, and the tub faucet dripped. One spot in the living area smelled of dog urine, and the furniture there needs replacing. Breakfast was decent, but the same food was served every day.

We arrived without a reservation, but the staff were kind and helpful the whole time. It's one of the best Home2 suites we've stayed at, and I hope we can stop there again on our way home. The location is handy for many things we wanted to see during our overnight stay. The only downside was that breakfast didn't start until 6, when we needed to be on the road.
