Best Western Plus Inn & Suites

We last stayed there three years ago, and the service is still amazing. STELLA is so welcoming, professional, helpful, and caring. Thank you, Stella, for taking such good care of us. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Breakfast and free WiFi are great, too. There are muffins, fruit, juices, and a different breakfast menu each day, so it doesn’t get repetitive. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to Rutland, Killington, or nearby areas.

We keep coming back to the Best Western in Rutland each year, and it’s the people who make it feel like home. Merissa at the front desk remembers us and our names, and she’s so sweet with my 4 year old. Tammy makes breakfast feel welcoming too, with her kindness, smiles, and genuine care. They turn a hotel visit into something we look forward to. The lobby games and books are a hit, especially on our nighttime hot cocoa runs. Those little moments have become favorite memories. There’s room to play outside, and the sledding hill behind the hotel is a fun winter extra. It’s a lovely place for families, with thoughtful touches and staff who make every stay special. We’re always grateful to come back.

Marissa once lent me a fan when I mentioned I needed a noise maker. It was a small thing, but it made the room more comfortable. That kind of help is why I like staying here. The front desk team, Marissa, Stephen, and Lisa, are warm and friendly every time. They’re professional, happy to help, and make you feel looked after as soon as you arrive.
