We spent ten days here and would happily return. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and the staff were very polite. Renovations were happening downstairs while we stayed on the second floor, but they didn’t cause us any problems. We did have to walk through the downstairs hallways when coming and going, though that was only a minor inconvenience. I didn’t hear any trains, despite what some other guests have said. Housekeeping had some trouble understanding basic English, so we called the front desk for help translating.

The whole place was clean and had a calm, relaxing feel. Breakfast was good, and parking was easy. The renovation notices didn’t cause any inconvenience that I noticed. I stayed for my birthday and got an automatic room upgrade. Garson and Yesi at the front desk were professional, friendly, and thorough, and they smiled and wished me a happy birthday. My room was roomy and awesome. I’d definitely recommend this place.

I’m here on a business trip and trying to work out what to do, but I can’t reach the company’s travel agency. The front desk staff seem nice, but they said there were no other rooms, so I’m stuck here for now. The chemical smell in my room is horribly strong, like a new car, and it’s given me a headache. Running the bathroom fan and leaving the patio door open haven’t helped. Trains are racing by just a few feet away with piercingly loud horns, and the screen door doesn’t lock. I’m afraid to close my eyes.

I left after the first night and booked a different hotel. The trains pass frequently, about every 20 minutes, with blaring horns you can hear and feel. I couldn’t sleep at all. There’s no complimentary water, and no vending machines nearby. The store is in the lobby, which takes a walk through several floors and hallways to reach. Those hallways need cleaning, and the route from the side parking lots isn’t well lit. I can’t understand why this hotel carries the Mariott brand. It doesn’t meet the standard I’d expect from that name. Avoid it if you care about sleep and peace.

I’d recommend this place for a stay. I was there on business and had a great efficiency room with a king bed, kitchenette, and desk. It was clean and comfortable overall. I was concerned about the train noise, so I requested a room on the other side of the hotel and didn’t hear anything. None of my coworkers staying in other parts of the hotel heard it either. Parking is limited, though only one of us had a rental car and we had no trouble finding a spot. The staff were great, and I especially enjoyed the breakfast. Thanks to Elizabeth and Franco at the front desk!
