I’m in town often, so I’ll be staying here again. It’s easy to pick your room and check in through the app, and you can choose one near a door if that suits you. I especially loved the walk-in shower. The rooms were tidy and cozy, with a full kitchen and dishes, though I assumed “full kitchen” meant there’d be a stovetop. I was only here for two days, so the microwave was enough. There are shops and places to eat all around, with department stores down the street too.

We were close to the elevator, so I expected hallway noise, but didn’t hear any. The room was huge and very clean, with comfortable beds and a kitchenette. There were plenty of cupboards and drawers in both the main area and bathroom. The one downside was that the pool was temporarily closed. Hopefully it opens before our stay is over.

My husband and I were here for work, and the hospitality was top notch from my first phone call through checkout. ARMANIS made sure our needs were met right away and went above and beyond. I believe CAMMIE is the director, and she’s clearly doing a phenomenal job running things. She enjoys getting to know guests, too. Cammie, it was lovely meeting and chatting with you. Thanks for making the stay easy and making it feel like a home away from home. You guys rock.

The location worked well for my business needs, and the service was good, though not great. The continental breakfast was passable. I might have rated the place three stars, but the accessible room I got because it was available was so poorly designed that I can only give it two. The shower had no lip, so water spread across the bathroom every time I used it. It drained very slowly and pooled onto the carpet, which I suspect may be moldy by now. The carpet was wet underfoot, and I spent the whole stay avoiding the puddles and using towels to manage them. I can’t speak for other rooms, but these rooms were awful. The front desk agent told me they all have this problem.
