The front desk person was amazing. We called really late, and she still found us a room for that night. The pool area was nice, the rooms were clean, and breakfast was great. The other reviews got breakfast right: good eggs and meat, and I loved the ladies serving it. We stayed at trout creek condos last weekend, and honestly this place is just as nice for a ski weekend. We’ll be back.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Melinda, Sarah and Cindy. We booked a couple of nights for a snowboard trip to Nubs Nob, and the updated rooms were a pleasant surprise, clean and comfortable. I hadn’t stayed here for years, but it used to be a dependable, clean place to stay. Breakfast has improved a lot too. The fresh scrambled eggs with meat each day are much better than the watery scrambled eggs hotels usually serve from a banquet pan. An excellent stay, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone heading to Nubs or the Highlands.

The room was very clean, and everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is one of the best I’ve had, with so many choices I couldn’t decide what to eat. They even shoveled paths to both doors of our car, and there wasn’t any ice in the parking lot. That’s more than I can say for many other local businesses, including municipal lots. Its central location for skiing and restaurants makes this our go-to when we’re in the area. The service here really is top notch.

We had a difficult issue during our stay, and Melinda at the front desk did an outstanding job helping us with it. The service is top notch. The rooms are incredibly nice, and there’s a little playground and patio area. This place is a hidden gem, and I highly recommend it. The breakfast is top notch too.

The room felt more like a cozy apartment than a standard hotel room, with lots of space, a full-size fridge and kitchen, a flat-screen TV, a coffee maker, and a very comfortable bed. It was spotless, and the modern touches were nice. Staff were friendly and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the price made the stay phenomenal value. Breakfast was fresh and hearty, with real eggs, real butter, waffles, and a spread better than what most hotels in this category offer. The location is convenient for Harbor Springs’ charming downtown and outdoor spots like Petoskey State Park. Petoskey is just 4 miles away, and Little Traverse Bay is nearby too. There’s also an indoor pool and free Wi-Fi. This Best Western of Harbor Springs (8514 M-119, Harbor Springs, MI) is a great choice for budget-conscious travelers who want comfort and quality. I’m already planning to return.
