The staff were welcoming and friendly, and they accepted my dog without any issues, which made me feel comfortable. It's a good option for families. The location is convenient, near the main avenue and with easy access to restaurants, pharmacies, and a supermarket. Parking is available for $10 per day, but isn't included. The hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated with attention to detail. Breakfast was included, with waffles, scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, cereal, and other cold options. It was very basic and exactly the same both mornings, though, nothing special compared with the rest of the hotel. The room was comfortable.

There still aren't any EV chargers anywhere on the grounds, even though the hotel said in 2023 that they were being installed. I offered a program to install them at no cost, but they said they already had a provider lined up, so I stepped away. Before my stay, I tried to confirm the status with the Chief Engineer and got no response. For EV drivers, this is a major inconvenience, especially when we plan a stay around charging amenities that were promised. Arriving to find nothing disrupts the experience. The hotel promised chargers, didn't deliver, didn't communicate, and didn't follow through. As of late November 2025, there are still none. EV drivers should know that this property does NOT provide charging, despite what's been said in previous years. I'll also contact Hilton Corporate to let them know the property has been saying for years that chargers were coming, but none have been installed and communication with guests has been poor. Kara at the check-in desk is top notch. She really knows how to make guests feel welcome and comfortable. The hotel itself is beautiful, though it would be nice to have a microwave in the room.

The WiFi was pretty bad, constantly dropping and making me sign in again with my room number. Cell service wasn't great either, so connectivity around the building was poor. Also, the fire pit was hard to get lit, and the staff basically had no idea how to help with it.
