What the hell is with the random toilet paper shoved into places? The room smelled awful from the moment we walked in, so badly that I bought a candle just to make it tolerable. Dust covered many bathroom surfaces, floors, and baseboards, along with pubic hair and grime that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. In the bathroom, some unknown liquid was dripping down the door and walls. The bed also had a huge urine stain. That alone should have made the room unusable, but they rented it anyway. The whole place felt unsanitary and neglected, and I honestly wonder whether anyone is cleaning or inspecting it properly. They shouldn’t be charging people to stay in this condition. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

For five days, I found the place in very good shape: comfortable and very clean, with comfortable beds and great appliances. I’d gladly come back. The price is fair, and I wasn’t expecting steak and eggs!

We only needed somewhere safe and clean to sleep before heading out each day, and that’s exactly what we got. The price was great, and the location made it easy to get anywhere in NE Ohio. There was nothing fancy about the trip, and I hadn’t paid for an elaborate breakfast or the newest decor.

The front desk woman was pleasant, but the manager was rude. He even came to our door that morning to remind us about checkout, though it wasn’t until 11:00 and the cleaning woman was waiting outside when we came out at 10:50. We didn’t eat breakfast, so I can’t say how the food was. The hotel is old but kept up, and the room was a good size. It smelled when we arrived, and highway traffic was noisy.

I’ve basically been living out of this super 8 for over five months because of work. Some rooms smell a bit, but overall it hasn’t been bad in that respect. The rooms have been pretty clean and the service has been good.
