The people and the rest of the place were great, but there was a lingering poop smell. It wasn’t just like walking into a bathroom after someone had used it. I’m guessing it’s a ventilation issue. The hot tub and pool weren’t up to standard, though it was off season, so I’ll let that slide this time. That smell is the only reason I gave four stars.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, and the covers and shower towels were clean. Front desk service was good too. Booking online took about 5 minutes and was easy. I’d stay here whenever we come to the Valley. Thank you.

Hosted a meeting here, and the staff were truly incredible. S/O to STEVE, who went above and beyond in the middle of the night to make sure I got a document I needed for work. I can’t thank him enough. This property is phenomenal, and the staff are A1.
8/10
The room looked good, and the air conditioning and TV were fine. Daily room service was commendable, and I appreciated the Dove bodywash. The beds were adequate, with plenty of pillows. We lost power while leaving work, and the establishment had no backup generator. There was also a noticeable odor when brushing my teeth because the sink had no cover. The stay was pleasant overall, but those issues kept it from being five stars.

Thanks to Omar and the whole staff. They always make us feel at home, and when little issues come up, they sort them out quickly. The staff are great. See you again soon.
