Hyatt Place Boise/Meridian

The room’s layout worked really well, with a king bed, pullout couch, and a small divider between the bed’s head and the couch, which I thought was cool. The furniture was nice, storage was used efficiently, and everything was clean and ready. The mattress was soft and comfortable, and the couch was easy to set up by yourself. The modern bathroom was well stocked, with a great shower, strong pressure, and a good range of temperatures. It’s near the freeway but not too close, and breakfast was free.

The heated outdoor pool, hot tub, and fire area were clean and lots of fun for my grandson. They even provide pool towels, which was nice. Our spacious room had two queen beds with soft white linens and great pillows, plus a sofa area to sit and visit and a big TV. Breakfast was okay, with a good spread. The motel has room service, food service, an on-site bar, snacks and drinks at the front, and lobby seating. Everything was clean throughout, and the maids, laundry, and maintenance staff we met were friendly. Kimberly made the reservation call quick and easy, then checked us in quickly and got us settled. We’re sure to come back, he enjoyed it so much. Very family friendly.

The hotel was clean, and our room was too. There was plenty of parking and it was conveniently near restaurants. Kimberly gave us a warm welcome and was friendly and professional, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. Bernard was just as friendly and professional when we checked out. A great front desk team and hotel. It was my first time in Boise, ID, and I’d definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was wonderful, and our room was clean and comfortable. Jazz, if I’ve got his name right, was so kind and went out of his way to make our stay fabulous. We’d definitely stay here again.
