The free laundry made a longer trip so much easier. I didn’t have to find a laundromat or pay extra, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook, which was surprisingly easy and enjoyable. The place was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. The host was quick to communicate and friendly and helpful. I loved staying here and would happily come back.

The kitchenette made this Candlewood Suites feel much more like home, and the room was clean, comfortable, and set up well for a longer visit. Staff were friendly throughout and quick to help whenever I needed anything. The area felt safe and convenient, with stores and restaurants nearby. I had a great stay and would come back or recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable extended-stay place.

The shower kept dripping because there was no way to shut the water off, then the pressure was completely wrong in the morning. Hair was stuck to the bathroom door and scattered on the pillows. The desk phone didn’t work at all, with sticky buttons and nothing connected to it. There was even a bird-dropping stain on the dishwasher, and the air conditioner cover had snapped off. One of the worst-kept hotels we’ve stayed in, absolutely terrible.

The third-shift woman at the desk was friendly, but the room was dirty and the HVAC wall unit wasn’t working properly. The lampshades were in awful condition, too. The windows weren’t soundproof, and the hotel sits practically on top of the interstate, so bring earplugs. I’m an IHG Diamond member, and I’m frustrated by how poorly the hotel is maintained. Look at the pictures I took and judge for yourself. Whoever at IHG corporate is responsible for marketing this property should be embarrassed that any paying guest, especially a Diamond member, has to deal with it.

The price was right, and the kitchenette was nicely stocked with a big fridge. It’s pet friendly, with a pleasant outdoor area for pets, and there’s a Costco gas station nearby. The room floor was dirty, and there was no breakfast, though Starbucks is across the street.
