I've lived here since September and expect to stay until at least next September. Any problem I've had was fixed within 24 hours, and it's very quiet even over New Year's. People leave you alone, and I've had no bad interactions. There are plenty of laundry rooms, plus fire pits and chairs, and propane and coal setups for grilling outside. It's a good place for either a short or long stay.

We've been here seven months as an extended-stay rental, and this place kept a roof over my family's heads when we were in a very tough position during a very tough year. We're grateful we found it when we did. The front office and everyone working there have been amazing. Packages and mail have always been handled properly, the grounds stay clean, and the maintenance crew do a great job in snowstorms. The fireplace has been a bright spot for my family. When we've had issues with appliances or heat, they were addressed within a day. The location is convenient, between two major cities and near the highway, with lots of options for takeout and entertainment.

We moved out in Dec 2025 and still haven't received our security deposit, so we've filed a lawsuit to get it back. We called at least 60 times trying to reach Mitch, but he hides behind the scenes and never wants to talk to residents. I don't understand how a General Manager can avoid greeting or meeting guests. My lawyers researched the company, and what they found about its finances wasn't pleasant. Most of the staff were very nice, though one woman, who I believe was the manager, was nasty and rude. I blame the leadership failures, not the other young women. Our car was hit in the parking lot. We were told the cameras didn't work, and the police are still investigating. It was disappointing to learn the cameras weren't working when we thought they helped keep the residents safe. The place wasn't all bad, and the young women handled some apartment issues for us. We cleaned and disinfected the whole apartment ourselves. The linen and towel sets were nasty, and the curtains were old and nasty. The sliding doors were filthy and had dead bugs. I might still move into these apartments because we had to clean it like any other apartment. After finding out the cameras didn't work, we went out and bought guns. Aside from management, especially Mitch never getting back to us while we lived there or when we tried to get our deposit, it was nice. Get rid of Mitch and the woman manager, and adjust the rent, and it would be a great place to stay.

I want to thank my Residence Inn family from the bottom of my heart for supporting me after my husband died five months ago. Bob had a heart attack while taking our pup out for her evening walk. He passed on the grounds, and the EMTs worked hard but couldn't revive him. It was traumatic, and I was in shock. Just three weeks later I had a difficult cervical spine surgery that didn't work, and I had to recover on my own. Mitch, Frank, Deb, Zach, and others checked on me, brought my mail and packages, and the wonderful young men on the cleaning crew took out my garbage. Zach has become like a son to me. Bob had first become a resident about ten years ago and was lovingly called Captain Bob. He was a decorated Marine with two Purple Hearts from Vietnam and plenty of stories. We reunited years later after I came back from Florida. I've lived here five years now and absolutely love my studio home. It's comfortable and very well maintained with pride, and I have no plans to leave. The two-queen studio is spacious, with a beautiful fireplace, desk area, entryway closet, roomy kitchen and dining area, two queen beds, dressers, TV, extra closets, a huge vanity for my skincare and hair products, and a separate toilet and shower door for privacy. We recently got brand new furniture. Thank you, Mitch, Frank, Deb, and Kyle. Frank, the head of maintenance, is brilliant and seems to work miracles with his knowledge. When I had to re-home my pup after Bob died, Frank adopted her, and she now has a whole family that loves her sweetness and quirks. Thank you, Frank. I give the property five stars because people don't always see how hard the staff work behind the scenes. We have all the utilities, maintenance, cleaning, cable, Wi-Fi, snow removal, gym, pool, basketball, and fire pit included in rent, as well as wonderful customer service at the desk. Mitch is one of the kindest, most caring people I've met and gives us 110% every day. Thank you, Mitch, you're appreciated. Many of us plan to stay at The Residences for the foreseeable future and beyond. We feel comfortable and like a real community, and the staff have become my family. I welcome you to join us for a night, a weekend, while between houses, or for a job. Thanks for letting me share. These are photos of my home, and I even have my own treadmill! Donna B.

This is my second time living in these long-term apartments, and I'll always recommend the place. My home caught fire this year, so I called the Residence to ask if my son and I could stay there after losing our home. Mitch and Zack acted right away, and within a day we had a warm, safe place. Our home wasn't ready when we hit a snag during the stay, and Zack was my Guardian Angel. He's incredibly kind, jumped in to help, and welcomed us back without hesitation. I'm blessed to have met people who really care about the residents. Here you're a person, not just a number. The apartments are maintained daily, the lot is kept up through snowstorms, and staff are right there to fix or solve problems. Thank you, Mitch, Zack, and all the staff for everything you've done for my family. We'll never forget you.
