My husband was staying here for work, but ended up going somewhere else. There were so many roaches that it took months to get them out of our car, and we had to throw away almost everything from the room.

The staff were kind and clearly trying their best. Both the housekeeping team and the owner or front desk person were really nice. Still, the place itself wasn’t up to standard. Our room had roaches, and during our week there the air conditioning seemed to leak coolant. One morning we woke up to more than half the floor soaked. We were about to leave, so we didn’t raise the floor issue. The place also just wasn’t very clean.

We barely slept because people were making noise all night, and when we brought it up, the staff argued instead of helping. They were very rude and didn’t seem to care. There were cockroaches in our room, the tub was filthy, and the light above the bathroom sink didn’t work. This place is absolutely disgusting and not worth $100 a night. It should be shut down.

The parking area had some questionable people walking around, though the hotel itself was alright. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room seemed partly under construction: most of it looked old and run down, but the floor seemed recently updated and looked really nice. The pillows were thick and firm, which was a pleasant surprise since hotel pillows are often flat or too soft to support your head.
