The bed was extremely uncomfortable and nothing like the beds I'm used to at a Best Western, so I'm not sure I'd stay again. Still, the service was very friendly and breakfast was good. There was a homeless guy outside our room door, but management deserves credit for going out right away and getting him to leave.

We've stayed here more times than I can count, but this visit wasn't as good, and we miss the old staff. At check-in they immediately said our dog couldn't be there, even though our notes said it was a service dog. They also no longer let you eat breakfast in your room, and scolded us for using our own coffee mugs. The couple of employees who were still there were kind and wonderful, but the newer ones aren't as friendly and seem to lack personality.

Just a heads-up if you're trying to reach your family there. The number listed on Google and Best Western's official website is wrong. An old man answered, rudely called me an idiot, and told me to stop calling. Best Western customer service gave me the hotel's direct email after I reported it, but 24 hours later there was still no reply, and my family had already left.

The location was within .6 miles of everywhere we needed to visit. The welcome desk staff were wonderful, and the property was very well maintained, with clean, beautiful rooms.

It took 30 minutes to finally get to bed. I was dropped off by a tow truck at 11:45 pm, with a confirmation email for my room, but the receptionist couldn't give me a key while her computer screen was frozen and tech support took 15 minutes. Then, 25 minutes after I arrived, the credit card machine wouldn't take my deposit, even though I'd already paid online, so she couldn't get to the next screen to see which room was available.
