I wouldn’t come back, even if the stay were free. I spent exactly three weeks here, 21 days, and despite telling the front desk woman four times that I was entitled to room cleaning, the room was never cleaned. I also asked for the sheets to be changed. She said she had spoken to her supervisor and that it would be handled, but it wasn’t. I won’t give her full name, but it was Cand…, a Black woman with glasses. She was unfriendly and unhelpful, and her mistake caused more problems. An error during my card payment led to an extra charge. I had to manage the refund myself, though I eventually got the money back. For the week I paid in cash, I then waited about 1.5 hours for my deposit to be returned. The other staff were better, but I was very unhappy with this particular employee.

I didn’t like being given a kitchen without any dishes, but the staff were so kind that it made up for what bothered me. The night security guard was especially helpful, appropriate, and cool with me. I wish I could thank him again. My stay felt very friendly.

Cheryl at the front desk was incredibly helpful and gave me the best customer service. She answered all my questions, showed me every show room, and got my reservations booked in a short time. She also helped me find the best rates for my stay. This place is amazing.

I was highly disappointed with this stay. I’ve used many hotels on business trips, and this was by far my worst experience. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was poor and it felt like no one wanted to help. They kept giving excuses about why they couldn’t check me in, complained that they didn’t have enough housekeepers, and acted unsure whether a room was available even though I had a reservation. When it was finally time to pay, they made an issue of my payment method. I even transferred to a different bank and card, and I’ve never run into this at another location.
