Mesa Oasis Inn Motel

A real find for travelers on a budget. I stayed at Mesa Oasis Inn & Motel and it was a lifesaver. Hotels around Phoenix/Tempe were ridiculously expensive, but this place was affordable, clean, and had what I needed for an easy, low-stress stay. The staff were the best part. Everyone was humble, kind, and welcoming. You really can’t beat it for the price. If you’re around Phoenix or Tempe and don’t want to overpay, I’d recommend checking it out. 10 out of 9 from me! 🙌

Good WiFi, very clean, and the people were super friendly. It’s nice enough, nothing fancy, and the price was good. Convenient if you need to be on the east side. The bed was much too firm for me, and there was a fair amount of traffic noise. Still, it seems quite safe and was a good place to stay.

This was a last-minute booking, and management was rude and mean. They watch who comes and goes, how many people are in the room, and ask everyone for ID at check-in. They also want a $100 cash deposit, which you might get back after they inspect the room at checkout. I’d never stayed there before, but they claimed I damaged a table on a visit four years ago. The rooms are very small but clean, and the location is good. Non-smoking rooms smell like stale cigarette smoke. Take your business elsewhere.

For a budget trip, Mesa Oasis Inn & Motel is a good choice. It’s affordable, the rooms are clean, and the location is handy for Phoenix and Tempe. There’s no deposit charge, and the stay went smoothly.
