For three weeks, my wife, our cat, and I stayed here without any issues. Trudy and her staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are roomy, clean, and free of bugs, with the basic amenities we needed. We could cook on the stove and handle our usual daily tasks easily. It’s a phenomenal extended stay for the price.

The rooms are clean and a great value, and the updated ones look stylish and current. Housekeeping could be a little faster and more thorough at times, though the rooms aren’t dirty. This place has had a bad reputation, but with the new management I think it can be a good choice whether you need a week or a month. The location and rooms are good, and the staff are a big part of why I enjoyed staying here. Trudy is amazing and willing to work with you on any situation if you communicate with her. Taking over the hotel must have been a huge task. Reagan’s customer service is the best I’ve encountered. I managed a restaurant chain district for years, and I’d hire her for one of my stores in a heartbeat and trust her with my customers. Thank you both for bringing a little sunshine during a very dark time. I’m glad I got to meet you and stay here.

We spent five weeks here. The price is low, the rooms are a decent size, and nights were quiet. Management was great about responding to requests, and the maids did a good job. The building is old, and updating it can only change so much. We had no problems, even though some people think the area may have crime. If you need an affordable place with a good bed and room to spread out, it works well. For amenities or a little luxury, look elsewhere.

We could walk the dogs in a big dirt area behind the property for potty breaks, though some guests didn’t leash their dogs, so I’d keep yours leashed. There’s no housekeeping during the stay, which suited me because I like privacy. Shampoo and conditioner weren’t provided. We needed somewhere for my fiancé, me, and our animals when our A/C broke during the brutal August heat. The staff understood and let us extend our stay while we waited to learn when it would be fixed. The room felt like a studio apartment, with silverware, dishes, cups, pans, a stove, microwave, and its own fridge and freezer. I give it five stars.
