The grounds were really well kept, with lots of flowers, and there’s a barbecue and picnic area for cooking outside. My room was clean, the rates were great, and everyone was delightful. First Hardy, the manager, was polite, professional, and accommodating. I was traveling alone and they looked out for me. It’s hard to find people who care like that. I loved it. It’s not a chain!

It was okay for an older place. I don’t like places where people live, but this was fine. The kitchenette had a microwave and a regular fridge. The towels were very old, though that fits with the age of the place. The cable was [unclear in source], and there was no way to connect my HDMI stick.

The room looked fine at first, but when I got into bed it felt like I was lying on a plastic bag. I lifted the sheet and found a thick plastic bag still wrapped around the mattress. Flies were also buzzing around and landing on me at night, so I couldn’t sleep. Booking showed a price of $75, like a regular cheap hotel, but the administrator charged another $30 to my card as a deposit without mentioning or listing it anywhere. It feels like a scam.

There was recently a fire in one of the buildings, and it’s an eyesore. Your room might be beside one of the rooms that caught fire.
