I barely slept during my 4 days here, about 5 hours total. Someone even tried to get into my room around 3:30 am one night. The building felt unsafe and wasn't secure, and the front desk was extremely rude. The front door was broken, and homeless people were sleeping on the lobby couch and furniture. The place was noisy and filthy, with people coming and going all night, slamming doors and fighting. Several shady-looking guys kept going into one room, and I was pretty sure there was prostitution or drug dealing happening in some rooms. All I could smell was marijuana and cigarette smoke. At 2:30 am, men were screaming and yelling in the hallway. I went down to complain, but no one was at the front desk. Back upstairs, a group of drunk guys in the hall tried to intimidate me. I walked past and locked myself in my room. There's no elevator, so I had to haul my suitcase up a flight of stairs. This is a very slummy, dangerous area. I'll report the hotel to corporate.

Mrs. Christine made my stay memorable. She was welcoming and attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Her friendly, professional manner was fantastic. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The pool and jacuzzi were the reason we picked this location, but neither was working. Our room was okay, though it had no coffee or safe, and none of the charger plugs worked, so we had no internet or WiFi. The front desk woman didn't offer to fix that. She also didn't ask my boyfriend about guest count, bed choice, or whether we wanted upstairs or downstairs. She needs hospitality training. Breakfast was awful and not stocked, and I had to dig around to find a simple coffee cup.

The location worked perfectly for shopping and eating, and it was a good value for the money. Nice place to stay, with a helpful, friendly staff.

This place feels unsafe, and the customer service is the worst. It needs to be shut down or have local law enforcement step in. I don't understand how it stays open. It does because it keeps allowing criminal activity.
