The only person who treated me decently was Glenda. The rest of the staff were difficult, and when my Sunday flight was delayed, the Assistant Manager refused a late checkout unless I paid for another full day. They wouldn’t even hold my carry-on after I checked out. I won’t be back. That came after a Friday night arrival to a filthy, cockroach-infested room with a foul smell and peeling shower paint. They moved me, but the next room had a toilet that wouldn’t flush, a broken phone, and a broken TV. I had to go downstairs for a plunger, only to be told they had none and I’d have to wait until Saturday morning for help. At least that room smelled better. I knew it was a 2-star hotel and wasn’t expecting luxury, but the place was dirty and felt unsafe. It needs a major remodel or to close. Find somewhere else.

I ended up going down the street to Fairfield and paying $140. It was worth it. When I left this place, I had to walk past the same group, and then saw some lit lizards in the back trying to get into my car. Google showed a room for about $52, but at the office they said it was around $100 and laughed when I asked for the listed rate. Getting inside meant passing a group smoking what looked like low-grade marijuana. One of them went into the office through a side door, and it turned out she worked there. That was a red flag right away.

The room was clean and kept up, and the whole place felt safe and welcoming. I stayed for an extended visit and felt looked after the whole time. Jessica and Deanna made a big difference. Jessica was kind, professional, and always ready to help. Deanna was just as attentive and friendly, with an upbeat energy that made long days easier. I’d recommend staying here, whether it’s for a few days or a few weeks.

The price and location are hard to beat, especially compared with other places nearby. Check-in was quick, and the online booking price was honored. The staff kept the linens clean and were friendly. I’ll come back.

We’ve had good stays here for a great price, and the weekly rates are especially nice. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and whenever something comes up, the staff handle it promptly. Shout-out to a great, understanding team. This is a good place for overnight stays too.
