The room was warm and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and there were plenty of towels. The water got really hot, too. When I tried to extend with a reservation, they wanted me to check out and return at 3. The reservation was $3 cheaper than the previous day, while avoiding the cost of leaving would have saved me $5.

The main lobby was locked and closed to guests, so there was nowhere warm to wait for an Uber. I’d already paid for my stay, and that was a pretty awful way to be treated. Paula at the front desk was rude and inconsiderate. I’m very disappointed, and I’ll be filing a full report. Mr Shah, the hotel manager, never contacted me. I won’t book this hotel again.

I left and drove all the way home, completely grossed out and inconvenienced. About an hour and a half into the night, little bugs started crawling around. I usually stay at the Fair Park location and have never had a problem, but it was full, so I tried this one. When I asked for a refund so I could move to another hotel, they said I had only 10 minutes after getting the room. The bugs hadn’t appeared by then. No apology or empathy at all. I can’t believe how poorly I was treated.

The women were nice, but the manager wasn’t. We were told to leave on Monday even though we’d paid for a whole week, and they kicked out a few other people too.
