The staff, especially the ladies at the front desk, made the plaza suite feel like home, and we're very satisfied with what we got for the price. My honey and I have stayed at lots of hotels, but this was our favorite in Metairie. We enjoyed four nights in a clean, quiet, safe, spacious and comfortable place. The room had a full kitchen with dishwasher, working stove and full-size refrigerator, plus a Jacuzzi bathtub. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of movies and TV stations in both the bedroom and living room, and the air conditioner worked really well. I loved how the granite floors felt underfoot in the bathroom and kitchen. Room service changed the trash and swapped our used towels for clean ones while we were out. We'll definitely come back. We loved it 💋

Mrs. Dee was so great, and the value was amazing. The room exceeded what we expected. I run a cleaning business, so I was especially impressed by how clean the whole place was. We found our new spot in NOLA!

After the trip from Atlanta, this felt like home away from home. The room was huge, with a TV and sitting area, and the bedroom had its own door for privacy. There was also a full kitchen stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls and utensils. The receptionist was amazing. I'll definitely stay again. See you guys in March!

That courtyard had a real New Orleans feel, and the staff were warm and helpful. Our room was lovely, with luxurious touches I would've expected to cost much more. I'd happily stay here again on my next visit and recommend it.

The Essence room on the third floor had a nice layout, with a full kitchen and a living room furnished with a desk and two armchairs. Both the bedroom and living room had TVs, and the pool area was lovely for relaxing or smoking. The room was clean. The bathroom, though, was even smaller than the closet, and the Jacuzzi tub's hot water didn't stay hot long enough.
