We were so worried about finding roaches in the bed that we slept with all the lights on. My wife had tried to make coffee with the pot in the room and found a little roach inside. The sheets and blankets were dirty, and so was the floor. I’d seen the internet photos and thought this was a different place. Don’t waste your money or time. For one night, I guess sleeping in the car would be better.

No blankets at all, just a sheet on the bed. In Massachusetts, that’s nuts. The floor was sticky, the fridge was leaking, and the bathroom needs a full renovation. I could put up with those things as a reasonable 3 stars, but the missing blankets were too much. At least the shower wasn’t bad, there were no bad smells or bugs, so I guess I got lucky with my room compared with other reviews. At check-in they asked me to wait while the front desk clerk checked the room to “Make sure it meets our quality standards.” So they know the reviews have been bad and will check a room first. Good luck to them, but I’m glad I got lucky. I’m definitely not coming back.

harry at the front desk was especially kind and professional, and made my stay better. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. My room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. I had a very good experience here and would definitely recommend the hotel to others.

The smell was unbearable, and the room was filthy. Stains covered the carpet, the bathroom door was broken, and the whole place reeked. We canceled the booking and left immediately, even though we couldn’t get our money back. Do NOT stay here!
