Sonesta Gwinnett Place Atlanta

Mae made my birthday stay feel really special from the moment she checked me in. It’s my first time here, and I love the room: spacious, cozy, and on the top floor with a view over the area. I can hardly find enough words for this place. When I'm in Duluth, this will definitely be my destination hotel. Mae, thank you so much. This birthday has been amazing.

I was traveling from California to Miami when my motorcycle had a problem, and luckily it happened right in front of this hotel. Mae at the front desk was polite, knowledgeable, and compassionate when I needed help. The facility was nice and clean too. I don't usually write reviews, but the customer service she showed in that unexpected situation deserves recognition. I'd definitely stay here if you're reading this. Ask for Mae!😎

I've stayed at this Sonesta a few times over the years, but this visit really impressed me. Mae made check-in smooth and welcoming, and was humble, helpful, and full of useful information about the benefits of staying here. She put us in a renovated room, and the immaculate rooms, modern fixtures, beautiful lighting, and gold trim made me fall for the hotel all over again. It's my go-to for a staycation, a few nights, or a longer stay. Breakfast is fresh whenever I'm in the mood to head down, and Laurent, the breakfast attendant, was kind and helpful. He made sure I got the most for my money and feel at home. I love it here.

The front desk staff, including Ms. Sabina, Mae, and Dale, are always warm, friendly, professional, and fun. I've stayed here several times, and the newly renovated rooms are a big reason I'll keep choosing this hotel whenever I'm in Duluth. My stays are always pleasant.
