Hotel Shelley

A United flight attendant pointed us toward this place, and I'm glad they did. Letzy at the front desk and C at the bar were especially attentive and accommodating, which was easily the best part of our stay. It's also a great location, only minutes from shopping, the beach, and general stores for those little things we forgot. We'll absolutely stay here again when we're back in South Beach.

Litzy really made a difference when a few things went wrong during my visit. She was professional, attentive, and clearly cared about getting the issues resolved. Her customer service turned things around for me. I had a really good stay overall, and I'm grateful. Thank you, Litzy!

I had a medical emergency during my stay, and the hotel staff got services for me right away. They extended my stay without charging for another night, and showed real concern for my well-being instead of focusing on the room price. That kind of care means a lot. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in, with a beautiful interior, a great staff, and real Southern hospitality. It has wonderful history too. I plan to come back before the end of the year, and I won't stay anywhere else when I visit Miami. Do yourself a favor and stay here!
