Nassau Suite South Beach - an All Suites Hotel

Eight of us shared two rooms and had a great stay. There was more room than we expected, the rooms were clean and nice, and there was plenty of storage plus a good desk setup for getting work done. The staff were so helpful and kindly put our rooms next to each other as we requested. The pool was awesome, and the location made it easy to get to the beach, a nice cafe next door, and plenty of restaurants and things to do. For the quality, it was surprisingly affordable. I'd love to come back.

Kimberly made check-in smooth and welcoming with her warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail. She really made a difference. Victor, Eduardo, and Mercedes were kind and helpful throughout our stay as well. The room was recently renovated, clean, spacious, and quiet, with comfortable bedding and great amenities. The location is convenient to everything while still feeling peaceful. Nassau Suite South Beach will be my first and only choice in South Beach. Highly recommend.

The rooftop pool and jacuzzi are breathtaking, and the modern rooms are gorgeous. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. I had a small issue after check-in, and the receptionist gave me breakfast vouchers. After checkout, the front desk gentleman held my bags while I got breakfast. He was so pleasant about it, and even complimented my perfume the day before, which made my day, lol. This was my first visit, and I come to Miami for vacation often. This is my new favorite hotel. I'm absolutely in love with it and the lovely staff. I'll be back again and again.

The rooftop pool was lovely, and the neighborhood made it easy to enjoy our trip, with the beach only a couple of blocks away and plenty of restaurants nearby. Our two-queen room was clean and roomy. The suite with a microwave was already sold out, but there was one upstairs by the elevators, along with extra cups and utensils, which was a nice touch. What really made the stay, though, was the staff. Everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was so welcoming. I especially enjoyed talking with Eduardo, Mercedes, and Carlos. They helped make the whole visit feel warm and positive.
