The Palms Hotel & Spa

The staff were attentive and friendly throughout, which made the stay feel easy and relaxing. I especially liked the quiet atmosphere while still being close to everything Miami has to offer. The Palms is a beautiful, clean, well-kept property, and the oceanfront views and beach access were highlights for me. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable beachfront getaway.

The pool area gets a little crowded, but the hotel also has full beach access with chairs and umbrellas. Food at the pool was delicious, and the fitness center, while small, was adequate. The property was exceptionally clean, the rooms were nice, and service was great. I had good water pressure and A/C, and the bed was comfortable. A shout-out to Fred the bellman for being so helpful, and to John Garcia for the excellent follow-up and professionalism.

We spent Valentine’s Day weekend here as a getaway, and I’d highly recommend it for a quiet, relaxing stay. Parking was included in the price. The breakfast patio felt serene, and lunch and dinner had the same nice feel. The rooms were nicely finished, with attention to detail from the hotel entrance all the way through to the shower. The staff are the real secret to the hotel’s success. It felt like a polished team, all working toward guest comfort and satisfaction. Couldn’t say enough about them. All top shelf.

Vanesa, who welcomes guests in the dining area, made a lovely impression. She greeted people warmly, paid attention to the details, and helped everyone feel welcome and valued. Peter, the chef, made breakfast memorable too. His generous omelettes were well done and tailored to our preferences, and you could tell he wanted guests to enjoy them. Both of them show real dedication and deserve recognition. The team overall was professional, available, and genuinely caring. It made each interaction feel personal and smooth. The rooms were comfortable, the common areas were beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere balanced elegance with relaxation. The location and facilities were great, with attention to detail throughout. We had an outstanding stay and will keep this address close to heart. We’d recommend it without hesitation.
