Palm Tree Club Miami Hotel

I liked the tacos overall, and the natural coconut was good too. The chipotle flavor in the tacos wasn't coming through, and the mango was light as well. Service was awesome. Hilary even got me a shirt, and the bartender was cool, though I didn't catch his name. Chef, maybe try chipotle mango chimole and go easy on the salt. Trust me, the chicken chipotle tacos will thank you.

I spent five days here, and the photos don't show what it's really like. The room was awful and cramped, with only about 18 inches between the bed and table. I asked to move rooms and was refused. There may be mold in the bathroom and room. The hotel is very old, and the bathtub is only about four feet long. The elevator was out, and even once it was working, it felt sketchy because you had to push the door open. There was no smart TV, coffee maker, or microwave. The old pool had peeling paint and debris on the bottom.

The staff made the evening feel special, attentive and professional while still warm and welcoming. I loved the cocktails and lively atmosphere, and the stylish setting was inviting from the moment we arrived. Palm Tree Club is a standout place for a night out, whether you're meeting friends or celebrating something. Highly recommended.

The staff were the highlight for us. They were kind, thoughtful, welcoming, and accommodating from the moment we arrived. The restaurant's tropical setting by the ocean was beautiful and relaxing, with a gentle breeze and a peaceful feel. There weren't many vegetarian choices, so we only had coffee. Even so, the hospitality and atmosphere made the visit feel worthwhile. Some places stay with you because of how they make you feel, and this was one of them. 5/5 for the vibe, ocean view, and kind staff.
