Seaside All Suites Hotel

The girls loved being so close to the beach, less than five minutes away, and we had a very nice week-long vacation. The room wasn't very clean, though we only needed it for sleeping. The bed needs replacing because it creaked when we sat on it. We were four people but had only two big towels and no face cloths. I had to go to reception for more each time.

The beach is right across the street, which makes the location really convenient. Our room was clean, well kept, and in good condition. Staff spoke both English and Spanish, so communication was easy. We had a great experience at Seaside Hotel, and it's a very good Miami option for its location, cleanliness, and service. Highly recommended. 🌴

The room matched what I expected at that price, and since we’d prepaid and mainly needed somewhere to sleep and shower, it worked fine for our weekend. We stayed in Building 3 without any problems. There were only a few towels, no kitchenware, and one roll of toilet paper. We didn’t use the pools, so I can’t comment on those. I understand better now that it’s one hotel spread across three apartment-style buildings. I’d book again and ask for the same room. I should’ve read the reviews before booking.

The location is the only good part. The photos are very misleading, and reception is a five-minute drive away, so you have to drive over if you need something. Nobody answers the phone. They charge a $35 daily resort fee despite providing no service, and the room is bright early in the morning and very noisy. The toilet made a constant leaking sound, and there were cockroaches in the room. Don’t book here. You can find much better places for that price.
