I loved the relaxed, non-party atmosphere and the thick, comfortable pool chairs. The food was great, and the hotel is wonderfully dog-friendly. Pool staff were friendly, and reception was helpful. The rates were crazy expensive during our stay, but that’s Miami in high season. The renovation looks beautiful, with chic, tasteful decor. My only gripe is the room windows. They feel like hospital windows, as if an old feature was kept and refurbished instead of replaced with something more modern. They take away from how expensive the rest of the room feels. Still, it was a great stay.

The hotel is lovely inside and very clean, with nice rooms, comfortable beds, and consistently warm, friendly staff. My husband and I enjoyed our stay, and the place definitely feels well suited to a girls’ trip too. Pool and beach service could be better. It gets crowded around 10 AM, there aren’t many servers, and we often had to flag someone down to order. The elevators were extremely slow as well, regularly taking close to five minutes. Our bathroom looked nice but wasn’t very practical for getting ready. There was only one sink and almost no counter space, nowhere to hang a hand towel, and the towel hooks were awkwardly placed. It felt like it had been designed by a man.

The room, hotel, and whole experience were wonderful, and my wife is still in awe of the trip. The pool felt like an oasis, just right for relaxing. The property is beautifully designed, warm and inviting, with no detail overlooked. What made the stay so memorable was the staff. Every interaction brought genuine kindness and attentiveness, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The team made my wife’s 40th birthday special from the moment we arrived. We’re already looking forward to returning, and I can’t thank them enough for their hospitality.

The hotel is beautiful, and anyone who appreciates interior design should see it. We enjoyed the yoga and meditation classes, and the speakeasy was a nice surprise. Thanks to Adrian in the lobby for handling our luggage and arranging a taxi, and to Angel and Levon around the pool and beach for their great service. There was sometimes disruptive noise from neighboring rooms. I wish the hotel gave more thought to which guests are assigned adjoining rooms. A few more bathroom hooks would help too. Still, I’d recommend it to anyone wanting a luxurious Miami Beach stay.
