Sorrento Villas

There was no WiFi even though it was promised, and the place hadn't been cleaned. It was also almost impossible to make out the building number at night. We tried repeatedly to reach the host for help and couldn't get through. The only quick response was from the maids, who showed up as soon as we'd left. This felt like tourists were being gouged.

I've never seen a place this disgusting. The room was moldy and filthy, and the hotel's architecture and condition were deplorable. The hotel staff were rude and nasty, and tried not to give me a refund for things that were their responsibility. Don't waste your time staying here. I'll upload a video to show how nasty it was.

Loved my stay. My flight was delayed, so I didn't reach the room until midnight, but check-in went smoothly and the door code worked fine. The room was just like the pictures and clean when I arrived. The location was perfect too, with the beach a five-minute walk away and lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I'll definitely be back.

We booked for three nights but left after the second and moved to a nearby hotel that was cheaper and ten times better. The room was filthy, smelled of mold, and had cockroaches running around. The bed was so soft I couldn't sleep comfortably, and neither the TV nor the kettle worked. The air conditioner looked about 20 years old, with clogged filters. It also didn't match the photo, unless that picture was taken ten years ago. I asked the property for a refund as soon as I saw the room, but they refused several times. I offered to pay extra to switch rooms, and they refused that too, even though 70-80% of the rooms seemed free. I called 20 times and got no answer; messages came back slowly and rudely. Never book here.
