The quiet setting, pool, and leafy gardens make this a relaxing spot by the beach. The condos are roomy and clean, with full kitchens, so they work well for families or longer visits. Some beds are firm, and a few units get noisy, but it’s still good value for a peaceful South Beach stay.

We came with the family and loved this South of Fifth gem. It’s gated and peaceful, with a private pool and BBQ. Everything was super clean and well cared for.

We had a great time here as a family and would book again if we return to Miami. The apartment was spotless and well equipped, and the beach and main street are just a few minutes away on foot. There are several paid parking spots nearby. I’d definitely recommend it.

There’s plenty of room to spend time outside and socialize with the neighbors. The old Art Deco building has been fully renovated, with a shady garden and a decent-sized pool. It feels romantic.

We’re only on our first night, and I already wanted to write this. Will was really nice and quick to respond when I asked about an early check-in because my flight landed super early. Our room was ready by 1:30 pm. The location is phenomenal, just minutes from the beach, things to do, and great restaurants. It’s also so quiet that we got a peaceful nap after traveling. Inside, it was spotless and looked just like the pictures. The room temperature is comfortable, not too cold or hot. We found a welcome note with food suggestions and a USB charger wall piece. I was unsure about paying for the room in advance, but it turned out to be the best decision. We’re really happy and can’t wait to enjoy the rest of our stay!
