The communication was all through WhatsApp instead of a front desk, and the team was very helpful. Access works a bit like Airbnb: you get a code for the building and your room. There is Wi-Fi, and the rooms are clean and a comfortable size. The location is great, and the prices are affordable, so you get what you pay for. There isn't a lobby, just a restaurant you enter, and room service is only available if you request it ahead of time. The smell was extremely strong, with mold, and sometimes made it hard to breathe. It won't suit everyone.

The café and lobby had dirt everywhere and a terrible smell, and the room had a strange odor from the first day. The photos were misleading, and I deeply regret booking this place. When rain came on the second day, water leaked through the window. Instead of repairing it, they put a towel there. Housekeeping didn't come during the final two days, so we had no fresh towels or sheets. For what I paid, it was ridiculous and upsetting. There was no reception at all on Monday, even though I know it was a holiday. It was also bizarre that café customers from the first floor had to use a shared restroom on the second floor, where the guest rooms are. The one small positive was that the receptionist on the first day was friendly. The pictures looked nice, but what I found was nothing like them. This was the worst hotel experience of my life, and I won't choose it again. I don't recommend it to anyone; avoid it and don't trust the photos.

The café attached to the hotel was delicious and really convenient, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The mid beach location also made it easy to get to shops and activities. My only small complaint was a dated smell in the room. Maybe it came from being on the first floor near the café kitchen. A little air sanitizer and a wall flower took care of it. All in all, it was a lovely stay and I'd recommend the place.

The room was unbearable to sleep in because of the overpowering moldy smell, so we left the window open. It faced a main road, and traffic was so loud that we couldn't sleep all night. Mold and fibers kept falling from the vents, the sofa was dirty and stained, the old sheets were badly pilled, and the curtains smelled strongly of urine. There was no parking, and sound carried easily from neighboring rooms and upstairs, including people talking and walking. Things looked neglected throughout. We had booked through booking.com, but were forced to use self check-in because there was no front desk. The hallway looked abandoned, with wet carpets and dryers left on the floor. Inside the room, the trash bin was overflowing and clearly hadn't been cleaned after the previous guests; the whole place was filthy and poorly maintained. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had. The property fails basic standards of hygiene and comfort and shouldn't be operating in its current condition. Avoid it.
