I needed a last-minute room after my flight was canceled. The room itself was fine, but the hygiene was awful. There were hairs on the towels and several stains on the bed. I had disposable wipes, luckily, but I didn’t sleep in the sheets or shower. The owners could easily have changed those items, but didn’t take the time. I’m pretty sure this could be some kind of health violation.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was decent, with a good mattress, great shower, and nice towels. But I woke up with a cockroach crawling all over me, and there were several more in the room. That’s the only reason I didn’t rate the stay higher.
