There are seating areas all over the building, and the artwork is amazing to look at. I’ve never seen this many amenities in one place, and they’re all top-of-the-line. The building is extremely close to everything you’d want to do in Miami. I had high expectations, but it was even better when I arrived. The layout works really well, and I’ll definitely look to stay here as often as I can.

The units were lovely and well equipped, and we got to compare a few different sizes and floors before finding our favorite. The bigger apartments were especially impressive, with a dream of a view from the upper floors. The front desk team and building staff were wonderful, even though this isn't a hotel, and each host was attentive in their own way. Our trip unexpectedly ran longer, and finding availability at short notice was tough. We ended up moving between three units because demand was so high. The staff helped us manage the complicated shuffle, and we really appreciated how accommodating they were. We'd definitely recommend staying in the building.

The apartment was roomy and carefully laid out, and it felt much more comfortable than a standard hotel room. Our host was quick to reply, attentive, and helpful the whole time. The building itself has a lot to enjoy, from the gym and work spaces to the sports simulator and indoor basketball court, which were a fun surprise. Brightline is only a short walk away, so getting around was easy. It's a newly built, modern place with a resort-like feel, and we'd happily stay again.

I've been here for three months, and the steam room has never worked. The hot tub is only working about half the time, there's no AC in the cafe by the pool, and the climbing wall isn't available. For a brand new building, that's a lot of amenities out of order. I like the cafe area so much that I'd rather work there, but the business lounge has no windows even though it's beautiful. It doesn't seem like anyone's rushing to fix these things.
