The location felt safe, and the hotel and nearby area were very clean. It's a beautiful place, and the pool has amazing views. Everyone was kind and responded to our questions and requests promptly. They also securely stored our luggage before check-in and after checkout, which helped a lot since we were flying. There's a good cafe in the lobby, and guests can have its food delivered to their rooms. I'd recommend the hotel and stay again.

The staff were all so helpful and friendly. Even the kitchen cook helped me with the elevator as I was leaving. The room was spacious and clean, and though I didn't use the kitchen, it seemed to have everything you'd need. I loved the balcony and city view, and the rooftop pool had an amazing view too. The whole stay had such a good vibe. Can't wait to come back!

The desk staff were nice, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was great too. But we had to ask several times for washcloths, hand towels, and another blanket. The kitchen wasn't fully stocked: there were only four plates, bowls, and cups, no cookie sheet, and both pans were tiny. The noise level was high, and the room temperature kept shifting from freezing to hot on its own. Some residents were rude to guests.

There's a lot of space to work if you need office room, and the gym is fully equipped with fun scenery. The lobby has a coffee shop, and the lounge bar was fabulous. The pool and hot tub area are spacious and have great views, and there's even a cute spot for dogs to do their business. Our room came with a full kitchen, washer and dryer, big-screen TV, and comfortable bed. It's also within walking distance of the bay and lots of great places to eat. The staff gave great recommendations. I'd stay here again :)

We had a beautiful view of Bayside Market and the Ferris wheel, and shops and restaurants were an easy walk away. The rooftop pool was a perfect place to watch the sunset. Our room was much bigger than expected, with two extra-large bathrooms, and the beds were plush and comfortable. The Guild staff went above and beyond to help us make the stay amazing. It's far better than a regular hotel, and I'll definitely choose it again when I'm in Miami.
