The lobby, which doubles as the living room, was a highlight, with good music, pool tables, lots of seats, and a great bar. I also liked that each floor had a bin by the elevators with extra blankets, towels, soap, makeup remover wipes, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. The hotel is in a great spot in Wynwood, near shops, cafes, restaurants, and lounges. Rooms are comfortable but small, and you can hear noise through the walls. The beds are very comfortable, and the blackout shades are a nice touch. Hot water was inconsistent, which made showers frustrating. I couldn't check out the rooftop because of the bad weather. There are plenty of parking options, and hotel parking was a reasonable $40 overnight.

It looks lovely, with stylish design, a nice atmosphere, and a great Wynwood location close to everything. But at this price, I expected more comfort. Street and bar noise come right through the poor insulation, making sleep difficult. The rooms were uncomfortably cold, and there was no way to adjust the heat properly. I went to the front desk several times, but the problem never got fixed. There was only one person working there, and they couldn't handle the situation effectively. The hotel looks great, but the comfort and service don't justify the price.

The front desk was polite and very helpful, which I appreciated. The rooms are under 200 sq ft, though. Spacious, maybe, if you're used to living in a cell. The area right around the hotel and the drive in for check-in felt scary. It doesn't meet the Marriott Bonvoy standard, unfortunately.

Everyone made me feel at home on my first trip to Miami. The staff were so friendly, sweet, and helpful, and the complimentary drink was relaxing and refreshing. Moxy is a unique, pretty hotel in a walkable area with shopping, running routes, and tons of restaurants. Henry, Manny, Emily & Kevin were incredible and made the stay fun. Moxy is lucky to have them. I can't wait to come back!

The rooftop had a beautiful look and a great vibe. I felt welcome from the moment I arrived, and really enjoyed my stay. Jack, the bartender, was amazing and connected naturally with everyone. His service made my vacation even better. Cierra was fantastic too, and we even played Uno together, which made it feel personal and fun. Thanks for a great trip. I'll definitely be back soon!
