We’ve looked at plenty of apartments, and this building really is beautiful with great amenities. David was wonderful to work with, always quick to respond to my texts and emails. He even went the extra mile to help us get into the apartment we’d been dreaming about.

I live at Pier 19 Residences, and the gym equipment has me worried. I reported a snapped cable around ten days before Christmas because the equipment wasn’t being maintained and the cable could put residents in danger. When I got back from vacation on January 11, it was still exactly the same. The original complaint was made in November 2025, and nothing had been done by then. If this piece of equipment has been ignored for so long, I have to wonder about the rest and what risks residents are facing. Would you feel comfortable living here? I hope management starts responding faster and taking effective action.

I’ve been here a little over two years, and waking up to these views never gets old. The amenities are clean, modern, and well maintained. Since the new management came in, moving in has been less stressful, and they even put on small events and competitions for residents. Pier 19 is very pet friendly too, with an enclosed bark park where your furry friend can play.

I’ve rented at Pier 19 for more than 13 years, and I’ve had a great experience. The location is perfect and the views are amazing. Kelly was kind and professional while helping me renew. Paula and Otto lead a great management team, and maintenance is always ready to help, especially Eduardo, Daniel, and Julio. I love this place.

We’ve toured a lot of apartments, and this is a beautiful building with great amenities. Otto was really helpful throughout, quick to respond to texts and emails, and made applying simple. He was great to work with.
