Roami at The Palace

For two of the three nights we stayed, loud groups in the building partied late and kept us awake until around 2 a.m. The property seems to be a popular spot for noisy parties. I called the help desk, but that didn’t resolve it.

Restaurants and shops were close by, and the place stayed quiet at night. It was clean and cozy, just as described. The host was friendly, quick to respond, and made sure I had what I needed. I had a wonderful stay and would gladly come back. Highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The building entry code also opened my apartment and our neighbor’s apartment. I suspect it may open every unit in the building. The company changed our apartment code after I reported it, but never removed the building code. Our neighbor gave permission for this video to be made at checkout, when they were leaving too. I sent it to the company three days ago and still haven’t heard back. Safety clearly isn’t a concern for this company. Stay at your own risk.

I stayed for four weeks and the host responded almost immediately whenever I reached out. The location is very walkable, with Whole Foods, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, Barry's, solidcore, and plenty more just a short stroll away. The neighborhood felt safe and was lovely to walk around, and it’s a short drive to other Miami hot spots. The unit and building were consistently clean, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The WiFi worked great, which mattered a lot since I work remotely. I was happy with the design and overall cleanliness too. I’d use this company again.
